Christian
Life Coaching helps people move from where they
are in their lives to where they believe God wants them to be.
- Are you a Christian wanting to
see a change in your life?
- Are you facing
midlife
career change, starting a new business, or planning retirement?
- Are you a minister or ministry
leader seeking to improve your leadership?
Would you benefit from having a
Christian coach who would encourage you, collaborate with you, and help
you be accountable?
I love helping others in the
second half of life achieve their visions for significant, joyful living
through Christian Life Coaching.!
I do this by
working closely with a limited number of private clients who are
passionate about achieving their visions for their lives. It's
affordable, and it's convenient, because we do our work together by phone
and email.
As
my client, you will reach your goals faster, with fewer false starts and
diversions, because together we clarify your vision, create
achievable plans, and implement them step-by-step.
As your coach, I help you stay focused, upbeat, and productive.
How
the Coaching Process Works:
- First
we work to help you better understand yourself and where you want to
be in life.
- Then
we consider the options available for making the journey and construct
a plan for getting there – the map.
- Finally,
we make the journey together, step-by-step until we reach the
destination.
Email
me and tell me about the kind of journey you want to take.
We'll set up a time to talk by phone to see how working together
will help you reach your destination faster with fewer false starts.
(This consultation is always free and without obligation.)

LEADERSHIP COACHING
Coaching is one of
the five “essentials for those who will shape the future”
according
to Andy Stanley In his new book The
Next Generation Leader.
His words to younger
leaders apply to all ages. “Self-evaluation is helpful, but evaluation
from someone else is essential. You need a leadership coach…You will
never maximize your potential in any area without coaching. It is
impossible.” These are the words of a preacher, not a coach.
Alan Nelson takes
this further in the January/February issue of Rev. magazine where
he cites benefits of leadership coaching.
These include:
- Helping leaders get
unstuck
- Guiding promising
staff members in leadership growth
- Guiding leaders
through times of significant change – helping them to keep pace,
perpetuate the momentum and sharpen leadership potential, and
- Helping leaders
bridge the gap between concept and action, significant ideas and
implementation.
